Whether you are feeling depressed, anxious, or struggling with traumatic events, it can sometimes feel like nobody understands, and there is no clear path forward. This can impact your life, and the lives of those you care about. I have worked with many people who feel like this, and there is a way forward.
Everyone is an individual, which is why I chose to train in different styles of therapy, to understand what is going on for you, and together develop a plan to make things better.
About me and my practice
Alongside my main practice I specialise in working with neurodiverse people, such as ADHD and Autism, who can often find therapy stressful. Traits like stimming, masking, and hyperfocus can be misunderstood. If this resonates with you, contact me.
I am also passionate about mens mental health. Some men can be hesitant in reaching out for help, and can find the start of counselling frustrating. If you are a man looking for therapy, dont be put off. I know from my own first hand experience, and extensive research during (and post) my training, that the benefits can be life changing. Reach out to me for a free, no obligation chat.
I have undertaken special training in working with young people, who I work with both in my private practice, and with Number 22 Counselling Services.

I am fully qualified Integrative Counsellor, trained in Humanistic Counselling, Person Centred, Transactional Analysis, and Gestalt therapies.
